At It Takes A Village, we believe in the power of community-driven education. Our parent-operated secular homeschool community in East End Houston is dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow.
Weekly Meet Ups
Become a member to get connected for safe and fun field trips, park social days, library events, service projects, etc. A supportive community where kids are free to socialize and have fun whether it be by crafting and gaming, running on the playground, or sitting to chat!

Membership
To receive a copy of our calendar please fill out the membership form and you will be texted or emailed shortly. We are completely donation and volunteer run and support in any way is appreciated.

Support our monthly community project! January/February:
We are in need of hygiene products, hair care products, twin bed pads, twin bed sheets, and pillows for Oak Forest Foster Closet here in Houston. Final donation day is Feb 6. Please see our item guide or you are welcome to purchase these same items from Wal Mart, Target, etc. To donate financially please see our donation page. With a 501c3 for our nonprofit, we can easily access to grants and provisions that can supply us with sets of curriculum for members to have access to, low cost tutors, field trips, and classes, as well as supporting local charities through our service projects. Please help us reach this goal in hopes that we can make homeschooling resources affordable and accessible for all families seeking homeschooling or alternative education through Houston.
